How to Check Your Order’s Shipping Status?

To check the shipping status of your order, please follow these three steps:

• Step 1: Click on the “ORDER TRACKING” page in the menu of our website.
• Step 2: Enter your “Order ID” and “Billing email.” This information can be found in the email we sent you when your order was successfully placed. Then click “Track” to view your order’s “Tracking Number.”
• Step 3: Enter the Tracking Number on the shipping carrier’s website (specifically USPS) to check the status of your order. Here is the link: USPS Tracking
